No, if you need it you need it.

If you are anxious about queuing, it would be worth coming later - towards the end of the time slot, or contact the Top Up Shop that you will be attending as they may be able to help you.
"Is the food out of date?"
No, whilst some food may be past its "Best Before" date which will only affect the quality, we will never offer items after their use by date.
"Are you here every week?"
Yes we are, and we intend to be supporting our communities for the foreseeable future.

As often, or as little, as your need dictates.
